A new way for young people to explore faith and be in community together

Who We are

The Ramona Youth Collaborative is a partnership of churches committed to the spiritual formation and flourishing of young people in our community. We exist to create a space where all youth are welcomed, valued, and encouraged to explore a faith that is deeply personal, socially engaged, and rooted in the love and grace of Jesus Christ.

Our vision is not to impose faith but to cultivate it—to help young people encounter God’s presence in the world, build meaningful relationships, and discover a faith that transforms both their lives and their communities. We believe that following Jesus leads to joy, justice, and a deeper engagement with the world, and we seek to nurture young people in a way that is both formative and freeing.

Whats the RYCs Next Big Thing?

The RYC will be having its Christmas party! We will have a short lesson followed by a Christmas-themed game and a white elephant gift exchange. A white elephant gift exchange is where you bring a gift with a value of around $10-15 to the event, but that may not be the gift you leave with. There are deals made, stealing, bartering, and backstabbing... all with Christian love! Extra gifts will be provided for those who forget to bring a gift for all to participate.

The RYC will be having a late-nighter at St. Mary's. We will be meeting at 6pm to start with dinner that the congregation has graciously wanted to provide, leading into flashlight/nighttime games, a sundae bar, loads of snacks, a custom "zombie escape room game" of Ray's own creation, and ending the night with a movie. The deadline to sign up is December 26 so preparations can be made. To sign up, use the link below or contact Ray. All of this is at no cost
