A new way for young people to explore faith and be in community together
Who We are
The Ramona Youth Collaborative is a partnership of churches committed to the spiritual formation and flourishing of young people in our community. We exist to create a space where all youth are welcomed, valued, and encouraged to explore a faith that is deeply personal, socially engaged, and rooted in the love and grace of Jesus Christ.
Our vision is not to impose faith but to cultivate it—to help young people encounter God’s presence in the world, build meaningful relationships, and discover a faith that transforms both their lives and their communities. We believe that following Jesus leads to joy, justice, and a deeper engagement with the world, and we seek to nurture young people in a way that is both formative and freeing.
What’s the RYC's Next Big Thing?
If your youth is called or thinking they are led to be in a leadership position, both in the church world and outside the church world, this is a great camp experience for them. Ray is participating and helping to lead/design the weekend experience. Scholarships are available along with a limited number of seats for the camp. What's the RYC's next big thing?
The RYC is joining along with other churches from around San Diego to go hang out on Thursday at La Jolla Shores in community and fellowship. We gather at FCC Ramona at 9 AM and return around 5 PM. We bring snacks, drinks, games, and surfboards and encourage youth to either bring a sack lunch or money to go into town. Contact Ray to sign up or if you have any questions.
